Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from September 24, 2024 to March 24, 2025.
   • Booking period is from September 24, 2024 to March 24, 2025. 
   • Stay period is from September 24, 2024 to March 29, 2025. 
   • Not valid during government-declared, special holidays and Peñafrancia Festival.
3. Cardholders are entitled to 41% discount on select rooms (Deluxe and Junior Suite) when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
   • Room accommodation in a Deluxe room or Junior Suite for two (2) pax 
   • Breakfast at Panata Café for two (2) pax Roundtrip airport transfers 
   • Welcome refreshments
4. How to avail:
   • To book, Cardholder must email UMA Hotel + Residences at [email protected] or call 0981 166 0111 within the promo period with the following information: travel dates, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format for the subject line: UMA Hotel + Residences x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. UMA Hotel + Residences x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz). 
   • For payment, UMA Hotel + Residences will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. 
   • A Chinabank credit card must be used to settle the payment. 
   • Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking. 
   • Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder. 
   • Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher. 
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable. 
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
