Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Platinum, World, and Infinite Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo periods is from February 17 to March 31, 2025.
3. Credit cardholders can avail 50% OFF on lunch and dinner buffet using their qualified EastWest Elite credit card at Medley Buffet at Okada Manila during the following operating hours:

4. Promo is valid for a minimum of 2 diners, with a maximum discount of P20,000 per single-receipt transaction.
5. Promo is available daily. Blackout dates apply:
   • February 25: EDSA People Power Revolution
6. Discount only applies to a single final bill receipt by the corresponding same credit card user who made the reservation. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
7. Discount is applicable to food orders only. All a la carte beverages (i.e. wine, liquors, alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails, spirits), take-out transactions, payments for banquet sales, private functions, parties are excluded on this promo.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotions, and other discounts offered by Medley Buffet.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens and persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11. Walk-ins are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
12. Discount is only applicable to one (1) qualified card per transaction, per cardholder.
13. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
14. Promo offer is not convertible to cash or gift certificates, credit, or other goods and services.
15. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
16. Issues related to the Medley Buffet, Okada Manila transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Medley Buffet, Okada Manila.
17. EastWest makes no representation for Medley Buffet, Okada Manila and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Medley Buffet, Okada Manila.
18. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

20. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
21. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Medley Buffet, Okada Manila shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
