1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo is valid from December 20, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
•Booking period is from December 20 to June 30, 2025.
•Stay period is from December 20, 2024 to July 15, 2025.
•Offer is not valid during government-declared and special holiday, and blackout dates (December 24 & 31, 2024; January 1 & 29, February 14, 2025, May 11, 2025, and June 15, 2025).
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 15% OFF on Rooms (Best Available Rates) at Ardenhills Suites when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment

•Extra Person Rate: Php1500 inclusive of breakfast for one (1) pax.
•Child Policy: FREE for kids below 12 yrs old sharing bed; Kids aged 13 & up are considered adults/ maximum 2 children per room.
•No-Show Policy: Guaranteed reservation is required based on occupancy.
•Re-booking Policy: Prior reservation is required.
•Cancellation Policy: Guaranteed reservation is required based on occupancy.

4. How to avail:
•To avail, a Cardholder must email Ardenhills Suites at [email protected] or call 0917 305 8218 or 8841 8520 within the promo period and give the give the following information: travel dates, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format for the subject line: Ardenhills SuitesxChinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Ardenhills SuitesxChinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
•Ardenhills Suites to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
•For payment, Ardenhills Suites will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
•A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
•Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
•Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
•Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
•A cardholder can book up to a maximum of 3 rooms per card per availment.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
