4. To avail the promo offer, the cardholder must book an appointment and redeem the promo code via Skin Republic’s website at www.skinrepublicph.com. Intent to avail the promo must be mentioned during the scheduled appointment.

5. The cardholder must notify the representative from Skin Republic regarding the appointment booked through Skin Republic’s website; must present his/her valid government id and mobile phone number; and must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
6. Cardholder must book online using the promotion codes to avail of the promotion.
7. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account.
10. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
