PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from October 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to a 20% discount on adult tickets (pay only P480 instead of P600) at Ace Water Spa when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
4. No reservations needed. Open daily from 6:00am-10:00pm. Promo is valid daily EXCEPT during legal, special and declared holidays.
5. How to avail:
   • To avail, a qualified Chinabank credit card must be used for payment. The discount will only be applied to the bill of the Chinabank cardholder. One card per availment.

6. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
