Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo Period vary per offer.
3. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers at Yawaragi Kisetsu Buffet in Hotel Okura Manila within the Promo Period:
   Offer: 35% OFF on lunch or dinner buffet
   Promo Period: January 2 to March 31, 2025·
   Blackout dates: January 1, 28, 29· February 14, 15
4. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at participating restaurant at Hotel Okura Manila within the Promo Period.
5. The Promo is applicable for up to a maximum of 8 diners per card.
6. Free flowing beverage up charge and ala carte beverage are not applicable for discount.
7. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
8. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

10. A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
11. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
12. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Hotel Okura Manila.
13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
14. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Hotel Okura Manila and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
15. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Hotel Okura Manila with the concurrence of DTI.
16. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
