Security Bank – Rebate Installment

Terms and Conditions

1. The Installment Activation Promo is open to select Security Bank Mastercard Principal credit cardholders who have received communication materials from Security Bank and whose accounts are in good credit standing during the promo period.
   – Gold
   – Platinum
   – Complete Cashback Platinum
   – Wave
   – WorldClassic, Next, Corporate, and Debit cards are excluded from the campaign.
2. Promo period is from February 13 to April 30, 2025.
3. In this campaign, qualified Principal cardholders who will use their Security credit card for 0% ChargeLight Installment or Charge Now, Pay Later transactions, for either 12-month or 24-month tenor, will get their first monthly amortization for free.

4. Cardholders can only qualify once for the promo.
5. The following transactions are considered qualified for the campaign.
   • In-store Merchant Installment (0% ChargeLight, Charge Now, Pay Later, Regular Installment) including those with voice approvals.
   • However, the following are NOT considered qualified transactions:
     • Security Bank In-House Installment Programs such as Balance Transfer, Ready Cash, Balance Conversion, SimplyPay and Convert to Chargelight.
6. All qualified transactions made during the promo period will be eligible for the free first monthly amortization.
7. The first monthly amortization (max. of PHP3,000) will be credited to the cardholders statement of account as rebate within 2 billing cycles from posting date of transaction.
8. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes and consequently requiring multiple transaction approvals will not be allowed.
9. The cardholder should maintain his/her card account in good** credit standing for at least 12 months from approval. Otherwise, the cost of the eGift will be charged back to the cardholder’s account.

11. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion, redemption, coverage of dates and fulfillment, shall be resolved by Security Bank with the concurrence of DTI.
12. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other on-going promos of the Bank, Mastercard and is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard.

**Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not on hold for being reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions.
