• Offer is valid for bookings until 31^st March 2025, with stays to be completed by 30^th June 2025.
• Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
• Offer is designed for married couples and/or life partners residing in the same city.
• Both you and your spouse/partner must be over the age of 28 with maximum age limit of 65 and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse/partner.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.

• Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
• Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay. You are required to participate in the presentation together with your spouse or partner.
• In the event you and/or spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.

• Payment must be made with a Union Bank credit card. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking..
• The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.

• To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.
• Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
• Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, senior citizens can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
• The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
• The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.

Other Disclosures

• Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.
• The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and Agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.
• By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of the Merchant apply.
• Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval and will be communicated to Customers via email.
• In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, UnionBank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
