PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo Period is from April 4 to June 29, 2025.
3. The Promo is only available from Fridays to Sundays between 11:30am to 3pm only
4. Blackout dates apply (Not valid during all legal, special & public holidays plus Mother’s Day weekend and Father’s Day weekend)
5. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers within the Promo Period:
   Merchant Offer: Ponce Tapas & Wine
   • 50% OFF on a la carte food bill with a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP3,000
   • Maximum discount of PHP3,000 applies
   • The following menu items are excluded from the Promo: Cochinillo and Porchetta
6. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at Ponce Tapas & Wine within the Promo Period.
7. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
8. Not applicable on alcoholic beverages, promos, set menus, and exclusive functions or events. (ala carte food only)
9. Splitting of tables or splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
10. Ponce has the right to cancel the reservation through phone call or text message in case of a sudden exclusive event.
11. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

14. A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
15. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Ponce Tapas & Wine.
16. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
17. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Ponce Tapas & Wine and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
18. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Ponce Tapas & Wine with the concurrence of DTI.
19. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
