Promo Mechanics

1. ​The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay and (“Eligible Cards”). Acceptance of card brand and BDO Pay may vary per branch.
2. Promo period is from April 7 to June 30, 2025, Monday to Thursday, holidays excluded
3. Offer:
   • 30% OFF on dine-in bill at Hai Chix & Steaks.
     • Valid for a minimum dine-in bill of P5,000. 
     • Discount is capped at P5,000. 
     • Participating branches: Estancia Mall (Pasig), CW Home Depot Complex (Pasig), and Bonifacio High Street Central (BGC).
4. Discount awarding:
   • Only one (1) Eligible Card per visit will be honored, regardless if he or she has multiple eligible cards. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
   • To avail of the promo, Cardholder must be present and use his/her eligible Card to pay for the total amount of transaction through a BDO Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal or Scan to Pay via BDO Pay.
   • Minimum bill is inclusive of taxes and service charge.
   • Discount is not valid on alcoholic beverages, party packages, take-out and delivery. 
   • Discount awarded is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. 
     
     
     

Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by Hai Chix and Steaks. In the purchase of goods and services which have the promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
2. Unsuccessful card transactions (i.e. Eligible Card cannot be used to pay for the booking transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle the Cardholder to the offer. Payment using any non-Eligible Card or in cash is not allowed.

4. For promo-related complaints, BDO will handle complaints within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents.
5. For the BDO Cardholder’s protection, the card details and personal information shall always be kept secured. Please note that the BDO Cardholder’s Card number, PIN, OTP or any card information shall not be sent by e-mail, text or call.
6. The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Hai Chix and Steaks and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and use of BDO Credit Cards.
7. In case of questions or disputes related to the promo and the Terms and Conditions of said promo, the same shall be resolved and/or subject to the final decision of Hai Chix and Steaks and BDO, with DTI consent.
