1.  The promo is open to all Chinabank Velvet Visa Signature Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

1. Visit the Kindred website at https://mykindred.co/.

2. Click on Services, and select the specific service you want to avail.

3. Apply the exclusive Chinabank voucher code upon check out.

4. Fulfill payment using your Chinabank Credit Card.

5. Enjoy your discounted Kindred service.

IV. Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify for the promo, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Kindred website: https://mykindred.co/.

2. All promos are not valid for home service appointments.

3. IV Push (Vitamin C + Glutathione) and Mini IV Push (Vitamin C + Glutathione) are excluded in the Full IV Drips Services promo.

4. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift certificates, or any other services in kind.

5. The offers are non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, privileges, PWD discount, and other government-mandated discounts unless specified.

6. The Cardholder’s use of the Kindred website (“Use”) and use of the services rendered by Kindred (“Services”) shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of Kindred. Any complaint or dispute related to the Use and/or Services shall be referred solely to Kindred. Chinabank shall not be liable or responsible for any claim or loss suffered or incurred by the Cardholder due or attributable to the Use and/or Services of Kindred. 

7. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.

8. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Kindred.

9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
