How to avail

Avis Preferred Enrolment

The Avis offer is only valid when the BPI or Robinsons Bank Mastercard cardholder joins Avis Preferred. Cardholders must adhere to the following steps in order for the discount to be valid:

1. Go to the Avis Preferred website.

2. Fill up your email address.

3. Select your country of residence.

4. Select Account Type: ‘Leisure’; and

5. Select your corresponding tier:

Car Rental Booking

1. Visit the microsite.

2. Select your card type in the drop-down menu and enter your membership number.

3. Present your Avis Preferred membership number at the Avis Location Desk when you collect your car and request the car upgrade (subject to availability).

Terms and conditions

1. The offer is valid until March 31, 2025.

2. Avis Preferred is the free loyalty program of Avis Budget EMEA Limited. Complimentary membership duration for Avis Preferred is two years (subject to the cardholder making one car rental in that two-year period). If a cardholder makes one car rental booking in the two-year period, the cardholder will automatically continue Avis Preferred status for another two years. If the cardholder does not make one car rental booking in two years, the cardholder will cease to be a member of Avis Preferred and would have to apply as a new ‘member’ starting at the applicable membership level.

3. Cardholders booking online with Avis simply need to select their card type in the drop-down menu and enter their membership number. Discounts are automatically applied at the time of booking. Car upgrades are subject to availability.

4. For cardholders who decide to book directly at an Avis Location Desk, for example at an airport, please note that it is not possible for each Avis Location Desk to recognize different Mastercard cards. Cardholders must present their Avis Preferred membership number at the Avis Location Desk when they collect their car and request the car upgrade (subject to availability).

5. When cardholders follow the enrolment process and enter the correct Promotional Code according to their card level, their Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) code is embedded into their profile through Avis’ system as part of the enrolment process. When the cardholders make a reservation and enter their Avis Preferred membership number, the profile will recognize the AWD number and apply the relevant discounts and/or benefits.

6. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

7. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards and/or Robinsons Bank Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
