Promo Mechanics

1. The Promotion is open to all Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of BDO American Express® Cards (“Qualified Cards”) whose accounts are active and current (excluding American Express® Corporate Cards).
2. The promotion period is from March 14 to 16, 2025.  
3. Vouchers are valid from March 22, 2025 to March 21, 2026, subject to the following blackout dates:

5. To avail of the offer, Cardmember must:
   1. Visit boutique.shangri-la.com/shop.php and click on the BDO AMEX VOUCHER SALE tab
   2. Choose the property from the drop-down options and select from the available room e-voucher options 
   3. Add to cart the preferred e-voucher then proceed to checkout 
      Note: e-Vouchers for Edsa Shangri-La, Manila and Makati Shangri-La, Manila may be combined upon check-out. Voucher purchase for Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu will be processed separately.
   4. On the checkout page, provide the required information including the email address where the e-voucher confirmation will be sent to. If the e-voucher will be sent as a gift, click on Gift for someone tab and provide the recipient’s email address   
   5. Under Payment Method, select BDO American Express and pay using an eligible BDO American Express® Card
6. To use the e-voucher, Cardmember must:
   1. Access the booking link indicated in the confirmation email from Shangri-La
   2. Enter the Promo code of the purchased e-voucher in the Special Code field  
   3. Cardmember will be redirected to the reservations page and may select from the room type/s purchased 
   4. E-voucher must still be presented upon check in for validation. Failure to provide the voucher will be subject to rate adjustment equivalent to prevailing Best Available Rate with breakfast. 
   5. Advance reservation is required, subject to blackout dates and room availability 
7. Cardmember can purchase a maximum of 5 e-vouchers during the Promo Period.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or privileges of Shangri-La.
2. Transactions qualified under this promo can no longer be used to qualify for another BDO promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of other BDO promos.  
3. Unsuccessful card transactions (i.e. eligible Card cannot be used to pay for the transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle Cardmember to the Offer. Payment using any non-eligible Card or in cash is not allowed. 
4. All paid transactions are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained. 
5. BDO reserves the right to chargeback the full discount to the Cardmember if the number of redemptions exceeds the allowed limit, if found to be invalid or fraudulent, or is found to be used in conjunction with other American Express and BDO promotions. 
6. In case of dispute, in respect of but not limited to the Cardmember’s eligibility, coverage of dates, transaction qualification, fulfillment, redemption etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. 
7. Any concern on the products and/or services related to the Promo should be directed and settled directly with the participating Shangri-La properties. 
8. For the BDO Cardmember’s protection, the card details and personal information shall always be kept secured. Please note that the BDO Cardmember’s Card number, PIN, OTP or any card information shall not be sent by e-mail, text or call.  
9. The Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit Cards.
