6. General Terms and Conditions:A. Accommodation
   • The promo is available for direct bookings only and not valid for online bookings. Prior reservation is required.
   • The promo is applicable to room accommodation only (excluding incidental charges), for up to three (3) rooms per night.
   • The promo is not valid to extensions of stay.
   • Children aged twelve (12) and below can stay free in their parent’s room (but without breakfast and extra bed/s).
   • Any modification or cancellation must be made at least three (3) days prior to the arrival date, otherwise, the reservation or deposit will be forfeited. No show will incur a full period charge.
   • For rebooking, room rates are subject to change depending on the new stay dates.

   B. Other Terms and Conditions:
   • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total booking amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card.
   • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit, debit or prepaid cards.
   • Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.
   • Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.
   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
   • Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.
