5. How to avail:a. The promo is valid for the following room categories:
   • Premier Front Balcony
   • One Bedroom Attic Holiday Apartment
   • One Bedroom Back Balcony Holiday Apartment
   • Two Bedroom Center Holiday Apartment
   • Two Bedroom Back Balcony Holiday Apartment
   b. The special rates must be booked directly with the Hotel’s reservation phone number, 0917 861 1641 or 0919 994 4140, and email, [email protected], or may be extended to walk-in guest/s.
6. General Terms and Conditions:a. A maximum of 2 packages may be booked per travel party. A travel party is defined as a group of family or friends within one travel arrangement (Flights, hotel accommodation and/or tours).b. The special rate is applicable for a minimum occupant on selected room category.c. Booking Period is from MARCH 1, 2025 to AUGUST 31, 2025.d. Stay Period is for check-ins from MARCH 1, 2025 to MARCH 31, 2026.e. To confirm a reservation, a guarantee of 50% deposit of the total room cost via any of the payment options provided by the hotel is required. Otherwise, non-guaranteed reservation will not be confirmed.f. Guaranteed advance reservations are non-refundable but may be rebooked once if modification is made at least seven days (7) prior arrival date. Rebooked dates are subject to rate changes and room availability. Rebooking made after seven (7) days to check-in date will no longer be accepted and will be subject to cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the total room cost. Cancellation of paid and guaranteed reservation within seven (7) days prior arrival date will be charged 100% of the total down payment amount.g. No-shows or shortened stays will not be refunded and amount paid will not be adjusted to incidentals.h. Guaranteed reservations may be transferred to another individual subject to the rebooking policy and provided that consent is given by the original booker.i. The promo rate is subject to extra person charges as applicable.j. For extension night/s or additional room/s, the best available rate will be applied.k. The promo rate cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional rates and Azalea Vacation Club, OSCA, PWD or Diplomat discounts. However, VAT exemption will be applied for Senior Citizen or PWD guests.l. The promo rate is not applicable to institutional group bookings where group bookings are defined as 5 rooms or more.m. Valid ID with photo must be presented at the Front Desk upon check-in.n. Check-in time starts at 2 PM while check-out time is at 12 Noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office (subject to availability). If available, charges may apply.o. Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner upon check-in. If the card owner is not the one staying at the Hotel, the guest is required to present a letter of authorization signed by the card owner, clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with these requirements or may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.p. Deposit Policy: A cash incidental deposit of PHP 2,000.00 per night will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.q. Azalea Vacation Club members are entitled to an additional five percent (5%) discount provided that the member is in good standing with the club. The additional five percent discount is only applicable if member is part of the check-in party. The additional five percent discount is non-transferrable and not for resale.r. The promo is non-commissionable to Travel Agencies.s. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card through Azalea Hotels & Residences Baguio’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
