Promo Offer/ Mechanics: 

1. The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary UnionBank credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Issued Credit Cards”) or issued by any other banking or financial institution and later on acquired by or transferred to UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Acquired Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.
2. Promo Offer: Shop at Lazada using your UnionBank Issued or Acquired Credit Card and enjoy 10% OFF (capped at ₱400 OFF) for a minimum spend of ₱3,000, valid for one-time use every Friday, 12NN to 2PM, with limited redemptions only.
   • The Promo is valid on regular and sale items at Lazada.
   • Purchase must be made every Friday, 12NN to 2PM, from January 31, 2025 to April 18, 2025.
   • Discount applies with a minimum spend of ₱3,000, charged to the UnionBank Issued or Acquired Credit Card. Discount is capped at ₱400. Minimum spend applies to total price of selected items in cart prior to any discounts.
   • The promo can be availed by collecting the discount voucher on the Partner Promo Page (lzd.co/MYPartnerPromos).
   • Valid for 1x use per customer via Lazada mobile app only.
   • Discount will apply automatically at the Payment Page if the eligible UnionBank Issued or Acquired Credit Card is selected as the payment option. Customer must check if discount is applied before proceeding to final check-out.
   • Discount is not applicable to digital goods, stores with digital goods product/s, milk products for 3 years old below (under the Milk Code) and other goods from blacklisted sellers set by Lazada.

How to Avail of the Discount: 

1. Download the Lazada app for free via App Store for Apple users or Google Play store for Android users.
2. Visit the Voucher Center from the app’s homepage. Look for Payment Vouchers and click “See More” to be redirected to the Partner Promo Page to collect the discount voucher. In collecting the voucher:
   1. User should click “Collect”
   2. Once the user clicks “Collect” and does not have a bound card that matches the voucher they want to collect, a prompt message will appear.
   3. Users will be redirected to the Card Binding Page, where they need to enter their card details. The card they bind should match the voucher they want to collect.
   4. The user should ensure that the binding/linking process is successful.
   5. Once the user successfully links their card, the voucher will be collected automatically and added to the user’s voucher wallet.
3. Select the item/s you wish to purchase then click “Add to Cart”. Prepare your card details for the transaction.
4. Click the Shopping Cart icon to view items on Cart.
5. Select the item/s you wish to order and click “Check Out”.
6. Enter your shipping and billing information and select your UnionBank Credit Card as payment method.
7. Collected discount voucher will automatically apply once all purchase requirements for the promo are met. Make sure to check if the discount was applied to total billing before proceeding to place the order.
8. Click “Place Order” to complete the transaction.

Terms and Conditions: 

1. Discount can be used only once throughout the valid promo period.
2. Discount is applicable to all eligible UnionBank Issued and Acquired Credit Cards.
3. Discount is applied automatically at checkout only when the discount voucher has been collected and all promo requirements are met.
4. Discount is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.
5. Discount is not applicable to items marked “Voucher not applicable on this item”.
6. All cancelled orders will not be valid for re-instatement.
7. Applicable only to eligible credit card BINs and eligible items.
8. The use of the voucher is subject to the Lazada Voucher Terms and Conditions.
9. Discount is not applicable to digital goods, stores with digital goods product/s, milk products for 3 years old below (under the Milk Code) and other goods from blacklisted sellers set by Lazada.

Other Disclosures: 

• Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.
• The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Issued and UnionBank Acquired Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.
• In accordance with the Regulations on Financial Consumer Protection to Implement Republic Act No. 11765, otherwise known as the “Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act,” UnionBank will be responsible for the acts or omissions of its directors, officers, employees, or agents, in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement without prejudice to the right of UnionBank to hold its directors, officers, employees, or agents or otherwise ultimately liable in this case.
• By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of the Merchant apply.
• Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.
• In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, Union Bank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
