PROMO DESCRIPTION 

1. Promo Period: January 15 to April 15, 2025

1. Target customers: UnionBank Issued Credit Cards and UnionBank Acquired Credit Cards
2. The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary UnionBank credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Issued Credit Cards”) or issued by any other banking or financial institution and later on acquired by or transferred to UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Acquired Credit Cards”), have available credit limit, on active status, with good credit standing* and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose UnionBank Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of UnionBank Credit Cards.

2. The promo period is from January 15 to April 15, 2025.

3. Valid for all UnionBank PayEasy accredited and participating Dexterton Corporation outlet/s (refer to Annex C).
4. To avail, UnionBank Credit Cardholders can visit select branch/es of Dexterton Corporation and charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Issued or UnionBank Acquired Card.

5. The promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discount privileges and cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions, and partner Merchant’s VIP/Membership privileges.
6. Offers are not transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
7. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos, offers and discounts of the partner Merchant.
8. Splitting of transactions to meet the minimum spend requirement is not allowed.
9. By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of the Merchant apply.
10. UnionBank is not an agent of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of the products provided. All feedback regarding quality of the products provided should be directed to the respective merchant or outlet.
11. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, products and services related to the promo offer, UnionBank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
12. Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.
13. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, or the participation in the Promo, may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Card account, at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.

14. The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Issued and UnionBank Acquired Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.
