Rosa Clara Promo with UnionBank Credit Cards

Preliminaries

• For cocktail collection: 10% discount for straight payment and 0% installment of 3 or 6 months (with no additional discount)
• For Bridal Collection: 10% discount for straight payment on full payment of the entire amount OR 10% discount on the 60% downpayment (no more discount on the balance payment) and 0% installment on the full payment of their gown OR on the 60% downpayment (with no additional discount)
• For all bridal gowns purchased with a UnionBank credit card, whether with discount or installment, cardholder will receive a free wedding accessory set

Promo-Specific Mechanics

• All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
• The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary UnionBank credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Issued Credit Cards”) or issued by any other banking or financial institution and later on acquired by or transferred to UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Acquired Credit Cards”), have available credit limit, on active status, with good credit standing* and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.
• Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose UnionBank Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of UnionBank Credit Cards.
• Cardholders can avail of the Promo in-store at the Rosa Clara Showroom, The Residences at Greenbelt, Tower III, Esperanza Street, Ayala Center, Makati City
• Promo is not applicable on packages and discounted services.
• To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Issued or UnionBank Acquired Credit Card.
• Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Issued or UnionBank Acquired Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed. 
• Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.   
• The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant. 
• The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services. 
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos, offers and discounts of the partner Merchant. 
• By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of the Merchant apply. 
• UnionBank is not an agent of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of the products provided. All feedback regarding quality of the products provided should be directed to the respective merchant or outlet.

Other Disclosures  

• Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank. 
• The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Issued and UnionBank Acquired Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security. 
• By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of the Merchant apply.   
• Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.  
• In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, Union Bank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
