1. The promo is open only to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit Cards, Metrobank Prepaid Cards, ON Virtual Mastercard, and YAZZ Prepaid Visa Cards.
2. Promo period is from March 17, 2025 to June 30, 2025 only. Blackout dates apply during holidays on April 20, 2025 (Easter Sunday); special occasions: May 11, 2025 (Mother’s Day), June 15, 2025 (Father’s Day), and buyout event dates set by the restaurants but not limited to March 27 and May 25, 2025 (for Nobu Restaurant); April 3, 2025 and May 7, 2023 (for Haliya).

5. General Terms and Conditions:a. Prior reservation is required. Same day reservation and walk-ins may be accepted, subject to table availability.b. The Promo is available for dine-in transactions only.c. For Hyatt, The Café promo, a minimum of two (2) and maximum of twenty (20) full-paying diners per table, per receipt is required to avail of the offer.d. The Promo for Nobu Restaurant is available from Mondays to Fridays only (Mon-Thurs 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Friday 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM) for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 4,000.f. Restaurant buy out dates are set by the restaurant and may occasionally be reserved for private events or short-notice buyouts, cardholders are recommended to plan their visit and call in advance to check on the schedule.l. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card through Hyatt, The Café, Nobu Restaurant, Crystal Dragon and Haliya’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.m. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per table, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.n. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.o. The Promo is not valid for private functions, promotional events and other promos.
6. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. The use of the Metrobank Credit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards.
9. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
10. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
11. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and City of Dreams with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall not be responsible for any liability in the event of such dispute.
12. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
13. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
