Dining Offers

1. HSBC x New World Hotel Makati Dining Offers (“Promo”) is applicable to holders
   (“Cardholders”) of HSBC credit and debit cards, card bearing HSBC name and logo but not limited to
   HSBC Private Banking Card, HSBC Premier MasterCard® credit card, Advance Visa, Visa Platinum
   Card, Visa Infinite Card, Visa Signature Card, Visa Classic, Mastercard Classic, Red Mastercard, Gold
   Visa Cash Back Card, Gold Mastercard, Premier China debit card, all HSBC co-brand Premium cards,
   French Premiere Esquire card, or any credit card issued or specified by a HSBC group company
   (“HSBC”) from time to time (“Cards”). Corporate cards are excluded from the Promo.
2. Promo is from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (“Promo Period”). Blackout dates are:
   December 24 (dinner), 25, & 31 (dinner), 2024.
3. Cardholders can enjoy the following when they dine at New World Hotel Makati during the Promo Period (“Offers”):
   Merchants Offers
   
   Café 1228
   50% OFF on total food & beverages bill for a minimum of 2 and a
   maximum of 20 diners.
   Additional blackout dates: August 15 – September 30, 2024
   
   Jasmine*
   25% OFF on total food & beverages bill with a minimum spend of
   PHP3,000 and maximum discount of PHP5,000
   
   The Lounge
   10% OFF on total food & beverages bill with a maximum discount of
   PHP800. Premium spirits and cellar selection wines are excluded.
   
   
   *Note: Discount is not applicable to seasonal items (e.g., Tikoy/ Nian gao, Machang, Mooncake), promotional items, quarterly food promotions, All-You-Can-Eat Dimsum, Jasmine Breakfast, set menus, and private functions of more than 12 diners.
4. Cardholders must settle payment with their HSBC Card to enjoy the Offers.
5. Taxes and service charge are applied after the discount.
6. Offers are valid for dine-in transactions only.
7. Only one (1) qualified HSBC Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1)
   qualified HSBC Card may be accepted per Cardholder and per table. Splitting of transactions is
   not allowed.
8. Reservations are encouraged. For inquiries and/or reservation, Cardholders may send email to
   [email protected] or call (02) 8811-6888 ext. 3679 or 3339.
9. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with Jasmine’s All You Can Eat Dimsum, any other
   discounts, promotions and discounted items, unless specified.
10. The Offers are non-transferable.
11. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose
    which promo or discount to apply in their purchase of goods and services which are on
    promotional discount.
12. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    PUBLIC
13. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and services provided in relation to the Offers of the Promo. Any dispute concerning the quality of goods and services provided by New World Hotel Makati shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and New World Hotel Makati.
14. The Promo is bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by HSBC and New World Hotel Makati.
15. Disputes with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc. shall be resolved by HSBC in concurrence with DTI.
16. The Terms and Conditions listed herein are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
