PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*. 
2. The promo offer is available from January 31, 2025 to December 31, 2025. 
   • 3 months installment with a minimum P3,000 single-receipt purchase.
   • 6 months installment with a minimum P5,000 single-receipt purchase. 
3. Cardholders are entitled to avail the 0% Installment in all Robinsons Department Store branches nationwide subject to minimum spend requirement.
4. To qualify for the promo, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Credit Card for payment at Robinsons Department  Store. 
5. Promo offer is applicable for in-store, Call to Order/Personal Shopper, with card – present transactions.
6. Chinabank’s Merchant Installment Terms and Conditions shall apply. For details, visit the Chinabank website and go to the Installment Programs page.
7. The promo offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift certificates, or any other products in kind.
8. The promo is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, privileges, PWD discount, and other government-mandated discounts unless specified.
9. The Terms and Conditions of Robinsons Department  Store shall apply.
10. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of the Chinabank Credit Card are incorporated herein by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.
11. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank’s decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
12. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and at Robinsons Department  Store.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and Robinsons Department  Store with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Installment Program.

*Good Credit Standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
