2. The Promo Period is from October 15, 2024 to October 14, 2025. Stay Period is until November 14, 2025.

3. BPI Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cardholders and Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:

Inclusions:

• Roundtrip van transfers (Lio Airport to El Nido Pier & vice-versa) shared transportation
• Roundtrip boat transfers (El Nido Pier to Cauayan Iland Resort & vice-versa)
• Welcome drinks upon arrival
• Daily breakfast at Cauayan Restaurant
•  Cauayan signature massage for 120 minutes
• ·Full day group island hopping – traditional boat tour
• Use of non-motorized water sports equipment (kayak & snorkeling equipment)
• Use of resort facilities such as the infinity pool & fitness gym
• Trekking at two (2) sites in the island

4. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

5. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

Terms and conditions

• Prior reservation is required.
• Rates are per person and inclusive of taxes & service charge.
• Child policy will apply. Children from twelve (12) years old & above are considered adults.
• Children from six (6) to eleven (11) years old sharing a bed shall be charged a child
• supplement of Php 5,500 nett per night, inclusive of breakfast & transfers. The rate of Php 5,500 is inclusive of an extra bed, but only for beachfront villas. Children/toddlers two (2) to five (5) years old, sharing with adult/s may stay for free & shall be extended a complimentary breakfast; à la carte orders will be charged accordingly. If child/children require a separate bed an extra bed rate will apply.
• All guaranteed bookings are non-refundable.
• All guaranteed bookings shall be subject to a penalty upon cancellation. Cancellation must be in written form & is applicable to a personal and/or group booking.
• For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused room night/s shall be non-refundable.
• In case of no show, the full amount equivalent to the total number of guaranteed nights of the reservation shall be charged.
• A guaranteed booking may be re-booked without penalty up to thirty-one (31) days prior to check-in for Lean & High Season and forty-five (45) days prior to the guest check-in date for Peak Season. Re-bookable within six (6) months of booking.
• Present the booking confirmation, actual BPI or Robinsons Bank card used & valid ID upon check-in.
• General hotel terms & conditions apply.
• Blackout dates apply on the following:
• December 22, 2024 to January 05, 2025
• January 27, 2025 to January 31, 2025
• April 17, 2025 to April 20, 2025

7. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card. 

8. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI. 

9. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.  

10. In case of dispute with respect to the Bank only and the customers’ availment of the promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final. 

11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards and/or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
