Promo Offer/ Mechanics:

1. The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary UnionBank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Issued Credit Cards”) or issued by any other banking or financial institution and later on acquired by or transferred to UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Acquired Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo. This promo is also open to all UnionBank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”).
2. Get P100 Off, for minimum spend of Php 500 when you use your UnionBank Credit Card on foodpanda.
   •  Voucher Code: UBMORE
   •  P100 Off, minimum spend Php 500
   •  Minimum spend per transaction: Php 500. Minimum spend is based on gross food order value which is defined as the user’s total food order value before any discount and delivery fee are applied.
   •  Valid every Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays from March 14, 2025 – May 11, 2025
   •  Each discount voucher can be used by a qualified user on foodpanda
   •  Up to: One (1) time/s per foodpanda user ID per week during the promo period

How to Avail:

To avail of the discount, Cardholder must go to www.foodpanda.ph or download the foodpanda mobile app on the App Store or Google Play and proceed with the following steps:

1. Sign up or Log in
2. Input the delivery location
3. Choose from the available restaurants/shops under Delivery and Pick-up in the area
4. Place order worth at least Php 500
5. Tap “Apply a voucher” and enter applicable Voucher Code (UBMORE).
6. Pay using a qualified UnionBank Credit Card. Discount is applied to the total purchase upon checkout

Terms and Conditions:

1. Partner is not an agent of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant or outlet.
2. The Promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant that requires a voucher/promo code.
3. Vouchers, discounts and promos and the use of the foodpanda platform shall likewise be governed by the foodpanda Terms of Use (https://www.foodpanda.ph/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm)

Other Disclosures:

•  Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.
•  The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Card shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.
•  By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of the Merchant apply.
•  Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.
•  In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, Union Bank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
