Terms and conditions

1. To qualify for the discount, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

3. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

4. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

4a. BPI Signature Cardholders are entitled to the following:

a. 50% discount on buffet and CityZen at Cucina for a minimum of 2 diners and maximum of 10 diners

b. 50% discount on à la carte menu for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 5,000 and a maximum discount of Php 10,000 for a single receipt transaction.  

4b. BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following:

a. 20% discount on buffet and CityZen at Cucina for a minimum of 2 diners and maximum of 10 diners    

b. 20% discount on the ala carte menu for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 5,000 and a maximum discount of Php 10,000 for a single receipt transaction  

4c. Advance reservation is required, for reservations and inquiries, customer may call (+632) 772-07777 local 6606 or at email address [email protected];

4d. The discount applies to the food bill only before all taxes and service charge. Child buffet rates apply.  

4e. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions to avail of multiple discounts.  

4f. The offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash or gift certificates.  

4g. The promotion cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges and VIP/Membership cards of the partner restaurants.  

4h. Discount should be given instantly where the purchase was made  

4i. Only one (1) card per reservation/transaction per cardholder per table is allowed

4j. Offer is not valid on blackout dates/ holidays:

Offer is valid for dine in transactions during the following schedules:   

À la Carte 

Monday to Wednesday: 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM

Sunday: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Buffet 

Lunch, Thursday to Sunday: 12:00 NN to 2:30 PM

Dinner, Thursday to Saturday: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

CityZen 

Lunch, Monday – Wednesday: 12:00 NN to 2:30 PM 

Dinner, Monday – Wednesday: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

5. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

6. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

8. In case of dispute with respect to the Bank only and the customers’ availment of the promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

9. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and/or Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
